This in depth pistol reloading course will cover the basic material in more detail as well as the advantages of progressive reloading. Purpose built loads will be explored, such as hunting loads, loads for paper target, as well as major and minor loads for action pistol competitions. The consideration of action types with reference to reloads will also be explored. While rarely considered, the importance of head spacing and relation to crimping and case lengths to various case designs will be explored.
This course will be taught in a long established reloading environment. Space is limited, as is class size (3 students max). This course assumes a student with a background of a minimum of one year of basic cartridge reloading. All aspects of this course will be hands on dependent upon the skill level of the participants.
